It's entirely possible these are difficult concepts to explain with a single sentence tip text in the UI, but perhaps it could _point_ to the relevant section in the docs.

Right now, there's not even a link to the docs *anywhere* in the UI. I had to poke around quite a lot to find it (eventually clicked the logo at the bottom left which took me to the homepage, which *did* have a link to Docs).
