Yeah, I don't know either & it's not good, but I still think its a better alternative to chopping & twisting up organs. That fad has destroyed lots of lives. This one might, too. Only time will tell. Can't fix spoiled & lazy, but maybe hope for the hopeless is in there somewhere.
