I wonder if leaving RFJ, Jr. on the ballot in battleground states isn't part of the plan to cheat? Perhaps they suspect that Kamala getting a ton of votes above Trump in every battleground state would be too suspicious, so if they leave Bobby on the ballot they can siphon a chunk of Trump's votes toward him in addition to boosting Kamala's numbers, so the "final analysis" will be - "gee, Trump would have won if so many votes hadn't gone to RFJ, Jr."
Just an extra variable to goal seek with.
