Hard to say since it’s such a fringe scenario that hasn’t played out before with a digital asset like bitcoin. One action they can take is to have custodians outside the US, but if anything I see the government forcing shareholders to sell their shares to them.
A more likely action is the government buying a lot of MSTR and putting it in the sovereign wealth fund along with other major te h companies like NVIDIA and TESLA
