Only disadvantage is that it has no exhalation valve, meaning you exhale through the filters ("source control"), which leads to fluid buildup (condensation) inside the mask.
However, even on a 8h train ride the fluid buildup is totally okay, the respirator has a page enough space at the bottom to keep the water from touching my face.
It also has a speaking diaphragm, so people can easily understand you.
