To each their own, but I ditched smoking weed 90 days ago today, after 15 years of daily usage, somewhere in the ball park of 150-300mg of THC daily.
Psychologically it’s been one of the most challenging things I’ve done. I never even realized what a crutch it had become for my mind.
Long story short, I feel weed has a purpose, as it did for me at certain times in my life, but people really underestimate the power it really has over the mind.
Take a break. Truly open your mind. Sobriety is way more intense than being high.
