Here's an interesting idea I came up with today:
Cancel my escrow. Instead of letting the bank hold $400 a month to pay my county taxes and insurance I DCA into Bitcoin $400 a month and when those bills are due I sell and use any additional appreciation towards the principle of my house. Obviously volatility is a risk I'm taking.
