I'm regularly using two ad-supported services: Kleinanzeigen (ex-eBay, essentially an online marketplace) and Joyn (a streaming service).
Both are apps (Android, FireTV) and both show these nice "we and our bazillion of super close partners" dialogs when you start fresh. Obviously, if you just click OK you get a bazillion ads, that's expected. But interestingly the things change if you decline all (but the absolutely necessary) cookies/trackers/whatever.
