In pretty much all of those cases those weaknesses have been known for decades and people have been highlighting them for very long time. John Dewey highlighted many of the flaws in the approaches we use for education over a century ago. They are not approaches that are being used because they work but because they are an enforcement mechanism to maintain power. Adding another unequal enforcement mechanism into the mix only exacerbates the problem and doesn’t help anybody
