Well on the SV40 promoter front, the ivermectin, fenben, vit c and sodium bicarb protocol would be my approach for the high likelihood of cancer.
Restoring mitochondrial function via exercise, sunlight and red light, saunas and possibly methylene blue.
As far as the spike goes, I don't know if that production can be curbed, but people can try mitigate some of the possible outcomes of it.
