So I’ve made a Linux Mint Live USB stick for my dad, but unfortunately the newest LM contains Firefox with their infamous “private adverts” powered by former Facebook executives. Even worse, the memory stick has no persistent storage set up (I used dd to get things done). Sigh.
Most of the time, built-in third party programs’ settings have user hostile defaults. Why is that???
