Totally different. Breez is custodial and has podcasts and apps integrated.
Phoenix sort of runs a lightning node on your phone and can connext to your own electrum server. No outside app integration. I like it, being a bit nerdy myself.
Maybe someone will correct me, but this is how I understand it.
