They get you by filling your brain with emotionally-charged fake stories that invoke strong feelings in your heart.
By instilling this emotional ossification into the minds of the masses from a young age, they organically program everyone to continue propping up the lies, and DESPISE/proactively attack anyone who steps out of the assembly line to point out logical fallacies that unravel the illusion.
The Holocaust is the ultimate historical example of this, but we see similar programming cycles taking place every day. Just turn on any corporate media channel on TV and wait about 5 seconds for the talking head to tell you what you're supposed to be angry/fearful about.
