One thing I want to say, and I won't debate this (though you're free to disagree elsewhere).
Criticizing companies for malpractice or bad products is Great, companies hate bad press and it influences decision makers.
Criticizing their employees and saying "you implicitly support horrible things if you work at $COMPANY" is completely unhelpful. It demoralizes and drives out people fighting for change and harm reduction, and spite motivates those who just don't care about the harm they cause.
