I'm having fun cooking with the kiddo. He's getting much better with the knife, I won't be leaving him alone to chop anytime soon but I'm not terrified there will be a horrific wound. We made a chicken salad with green beans (cut up by the kid), barley, apricots (also cut by the kid), with a honey mustard dressing that he made. It was easy and he loved that it came out pretty. Tomorrow crispy chicken sandwiches are the plan, maybe I'll get a picture before it's all gone. #getyourkidsinthekitchen
