Logging into the VA's web portal is atrocious. There are no fewer than 6 ways to log in, because they keep partnering with Silly-con Valley companies and adding methods.
How the fuck am I supposed to know which service I created an account with in order to log on? Did I use ID.me or Login.gov, or my old DS Logon info?
If I have a hard time figuring this out, I can only imagine the pain a Vietnam vet must feel.
