I've only experienced air temperatures near or above 120F (49C) on two occasions, once while living in Phoenix in 2013 and again while doing field work near Lake Havasu in 2019.
I can say with full confidence it's an awful experience and even with that knowledge I have a hard time comprehending what 130F+ (54C+) must feel like.
Photo is from inside my car on June 29, 2013 from its covered parking spot, so not an accurate read on air temp but gives a flavor for the temp inside of the car.
