Then food and exercise should be considered equal. Exercise determines the blueprint for what your body will be constructing. Food is the raw materials. It’s really that simple.

You are made out of red meat and a lot of water. Your body works very well with lots of both. Fruit and vegetables feed the bacteria and give the body many nutrients that are required for basic life functions. You aren’t made out of either so a diet that is mostly comprised of fruits and vegetables will never be adequate for optimal health.

Processed foods are garbage.

Sunlight provides hormone synthesis, nitric oxide, and happiness. Don’t burn and get your battery charged daily if possible. Animals move around in the sun early morning and late afternoon. Those are the safest times to be in the sun if you worry about burning.

Goals are necessary for happiness. People working towards something are always my happiest patients.

Do something for yourself everyday. Have fun everyday.

Debt is destructive to your stress management biology. The goal should be to get out of debt as soon as possible.
