I had a significant Apple credit that covered most of the cost so I went ahead and got an Apple pencil (not the 2 but a diff new one that is compatible w regular iPad instead of Pro) instead of another stylus. Glad that I have a stylus although I do wonder at the cost and how easy it is going to be to lose this kind of thing.
