I quit all vaccines in 2022, and went carnivore in 2023.
I haven't gotten sick once since implementing these 2 changes. Not even a mild cold.
When you optimize nourishment and stop poisoning yourself, your body becomes a lean mean machine that can fight off toxins with ease.
Getting sick every year on a set schedule (like I did for my entire childhood) is NOT normal, and a sign that you need to change something.
"Flu season" is a scam. It's really just flu shots + sugar-poisoning season.
