To me, the sad thing about moving to #linuxmobile full time is losing the #foss ecosystem of apps and ROMs that people have spent a decade and a half building on #android .
Just 8 years ago it was unthinkable to me for a normal person to run a device without the play store. F-Droid existed, and while I tried, the apps on it were a compromise.
Now, I have no issues using #lineageos and #fdroid . Outside of messaging, the foss offerings are equal or better. It's so good I forget about it.
