Its quite literally 70% self run nodes not custodial at all, literally the entire network depends on p2p mechanics other than monero which can literally be sybil attacked by AWS and chinese bot farms on the consensus mechanism level (due to fluffy pony and other central devs distaste for natural hardware decentralization, they want to be completely dependent on AMD and Intel for their consensus mechanism as any good centralized protocol should be.
