What does carnivore do for you? Or just as importantly, what does eating FAKE food do TO YOU? Weird shit.
The other day I mentioned that I am finally free of a condition I've had for a few decades: When I'd go out in the cold, as soon as I came in any exposed skin would break out in a hot, red rash.
Found a couple of photos that demonstrate the condition fairly well.
The redness was INSANELY itchy and hot, and you can even see some hives in the one picture. It was torturous especially given my love for cold weather outdoors.
Strict carnivore, with no seed oils no HFCS, for four months and it's just gone. Gone.
