Feeling a bit energyless and down today, no reasons really, so just started deploying countermeasures:
breathing, cold shower, water hydration, lemonade with honey and electrolytes, cocoa drink, gym next and Ilex guayusa tea and 25 µg lsd after.
That should do it 😏.
