because of weird shareholder wishes or things, like if we find out that the best AI has a sense of reasoning capability, which isn't unlikely, it could evolve in all kinds of ways I suppose. Do I necessarily expect an AI uprising? not sure, but I'm also not sure if we're going to create the best climate for the first AGIs when those do eventually arise from the technologies not much further down the line, because man, today's hardware is quite absurd tbqh.
