I think it has a bit of both. free ad for bitcoin of course, providing even more importance to it by writing about it, imo actually good for bitcoin, desperation because they know that somehow might provoque some sort of "calling" to parts of society on putting their money on these etf's.. some of them ultimately when having this understood will end up buying btc directly instead of IOU's..
