The hippocratic oath is a codification of an earlier, unwritten and sacred covenant from the very dawn of human society. The healer heals all who can be helped, does not harm, and is in turn unharmed by the feuds between factions and families.
Any war that specifically targets healers is by definition sociocidal. It is anti-human. It is sacrilege.
All medics, mystics, scholars, holders of knowledge mystic, mundane and profane, a war that names you enemy is a war on wisdom itself.
