True, but they weren't expressing their souls, they were *very* keen on appealing to a gentile audience. Look at their "good" characters now, their Lisa Simpsons, and they're all complete psychos. Inglorious Bastards was supposed to make us hate Germans, instead the Germans come off as the good guys in their own movie (and this was before I was redpilled).
