Agreed. That's one reason why Democrats are at such a disadvantage these days. It's so hard to put the gains into easily-digestible sound bites (which the right is genuinely good at, assuming one is not a stickler for truth/accuracy).

In general, it's just so hard to get the message out about how/where government is (quietly) working. It's much easier to scream loudly about where it is not working - or not perceived to be working by some, at least.
