Either an account can post stuff follower only or block the domain itself. I mean im of course not fully happy with the situation but the limits of the protocol is public knowledge and should be conaidered when we talk about privacy in fedi. Privacy in fedi is bad, anyone can per default interact with anyone, one have to assume that if one creates an account in fedi.
