on a more serious note - not only do i not use perfume - i don't even brush my teeth
if i will be meeting people i brush my teeth without toothpaste - just to make sure no food particles are stuck somewhere in the gums etc
but i never use toothpaste. i have some organic herbal toothpaste i bought 10 years ago and i still haven't used half of the tube.
i do shower religiously though. i always shower after taking a shit and i shower both before gym and in the gym after workout.
and i always put on new clothes fresh from the laundry after each shower.
