I have tried Bluesky, and it’s fine, and it would be nice if it could become a new “public square,” so to speak, I’m just finding myself not really interested in gigantic anonymous audiences and infinite scrolls. in hindsight, it’s turned out that tons of the influencers who thrive on those platforms just have untreated mental health issues and I don’t think “winning” at a Twitter-like thing is all that attractive of a possibility for me anymore.
