Think how easy this is lol. You have a client that autofollows 5 people. They also implement #amethyst 's autoblock feature. Those 5 people hate Topics XYZ, they block anyone who talk about Topics XYZ. Topics XYZ are bannished from the platform (for those users at least). You have a big enough client and this is quite significant.
