I've been thinking recently about developing a side project under the We Distribute Media umbrella that would effectively be a Moodle website offering course materials to help people learn all of this. You could have something similar to One Month Rails that helps people understand what is needed to prepare their projects for the network.
Might be a worthy joint effort with FediDevs? 😁
