Yeah but imo not everything has to be multifunctional. Sometimes it's nice to have a single purpose thing around that you enjoy
It might sound weird to say but you build a sorta bond with the machine when it's got more analog components.
I collect vinyl because i like the physical interaction. It's less automatic so I have to be a bit more in the moment and intentional with my actions every half hour or so to flip the record. Plus it gets me out of my chair!
