I disagree with your post. Him being an Ethiopian doesn't mean he is not an Israelite. In John 4, we clearly see that the Samarian woman, who was most certainly NOT called a jew (explicitly by Jesus, in reference to the misunderstanding about "salvation"), is most certainly a daughters of Jacob, i.e. an Israelite. As are Greeks, Romans, Galatians, etc. All Israelites. 1 Corinthians 10:1-5 literally has Paul telling the Corinthians their fathers were LITERALLY with Moses in the Exodus.
Anyway, to my point, Nubians weren't niggers, and nobody who wasn't an Israelite was walking around with a written copy of Isaiah, pretty much the most Israel only prophet next to John imo. And nobody who wasn't an Israelite was allowed into the Temple to worship (or who wasn't a "converted jew", i.e. an Edomite, and this Ethiopian is clearly not referred to as a "jew")
