I started a few months ago, started with 2 now on 35 x 2. it has been a blast trying to get to 50x 2 daily. I didn't do much exercise for the past 20 years, but now it's time. I feel great, my posture has improved and I'm not struggling with daily duties. #life #nostr #btc
