I suspect this driver shut off his fsd for a bit, tsla recorded him speeding etc and punished him by taking away the FSD temporarily
I literally have zero idea how it works
I do know that govts luv programming bc they can potentially follow the car around and tax the crap out of it. See congestion taxes and told tech companies like ezpass
