interesting choice of verb, a great example of a metonyme. Here the verb "raped" is being used where "pumped" or "squirted" would perhaps be a canonical grammatical use. However, using the term "rape" instead adds an exquisite level of violence to the sentence that wouldn't be there otherwise.

Of course it also makes the reader go back and ask themselves "is it the semen doing the raping?" maybe not in any literal sense, but it's gonna be one of the lasting effects that this rape has, other than the ones on the victim's psyche. Whether it's cum stains left over, the administration of a rape kit in a hospital, or a rape pregnancy, it will be yet another punch in the gut for the rape victim.
