I have wrote this note today as a philosophical approach on Death Penalty. The note wrote as follows:
“Death penalty is consider a capital punishment. As a result, death penalty is only use when the suspect have already been violated felony laws at least 99 counts in total over their lifespan. This punishment must use the guillotines to execute. Otherwise, it is inhumane to execute in front of a large crowd at a square.”
This note inspired by the French that first being used in 1792.
