Well, to be honest, if you're a dude watching vtubers that are (obviously) designed to look, sound and act like children, there's probably something going on. There are plenty of vtuber avatars that look like adults. The vtuber stuff isn't really for me as it is, but it raises an eyebrow when someone goes "UOOOH CUNNY sobreact sobreact sobreact" to a vtuber with an avatar obviously designed to look very young.
