With help from Shawn NessIn 2016, then-Gov. Andrew Cuomo threw another stone in his tit-for-tat war with Mayor Bill de Blasio — he deployed hundreds of New York state troopers on de Blasio’s turf of New York City.
De Blasio blasted Cuomo for it.
