I was just thinking... @Kip didn't respond soon enough to help give me up on this cup this time. 😆 I am not sure it's anxiety for me but yeah I feel like it's nervous system tension and magnesium depletion... I think I still have ways to go to replenish that... Especially with the massive hairfall I faces the last 4.5 months 😩
Definitely, not looking to make it a habit. Was just cognizant that I get super sleepy and winding down 7-9 pm and I really wanna go to a potluck tonight that I probably won't get to until 7pm. Lol
