It would seem that a simple mute button would handle all cases, even the last point. The content and user is effectively “ejected” from the app view. Relays of course make their own decisions, similar to the web browser model.
Question, did you submit to “social” category or other? Most of the Tor browsers are in the Productivity or Utility categories. The web browsers all in Utility.
