Yeah, I figured these wouldn't come with the converter, but do they usually go ahead and install the cartridge? I'm wondering if maybe I picked out a tester pen (though it wasn't marked as such) because the ink is already flowing. For other pens, they include the cartridge in the barrel, but don't actually install it.
