Not much is happening with the peppers but the tea and herb plots look really nice especially after everything got side-dressed with compost. That container doesn't belong there. It lived there while it was cold. At the end of the season, the rosemary and oregano are moving to the herb and tea plots so this bed can be used more effectively for annuals.
