Traffic court is literally just an extortion racket.
Ask yourself this...Why is it that nowhere in Amsrica is the posted speed limit above 85 MPH( there are of course some places out west that have no posted speed limit) but every car in existence can do at least 120 MPH?
Wouldn't it be safer to either manufacture cars that couldn't go above 85 or whatever or put a governor on every vehicle?
