i'm pretty sure taproot schnorr signatures are quantum resistant, same reason why most blockchains are using edwards ed25519 twisted curves the signature algorithm is basically the same, just a different number group, i don't see how quantum computers can reverse a truncated hash though (bitcoin addresses are a partial digest of the public key), because that's what quantum attacks are, where you reverse the public key into the secret key, and that's why you are not supposed to reuse addresses
