Well, this is funny, seeing as John Higgs talks about memory being unreliable in his KLF book. I have found where I previously encountered the name 'Don Lucknowe'. It was in Pete Robinson's 1992 KLF fanzine, which I had totally forgotten about. So all connected with The KLF after all. No loose threads, except my memory.
