I cooked a pork shoulder last night, approx 1 kg worth, and made a roast from it.

No photo of the roast, because I appear to be fundamentally incapable of plating a roast dinner in any way that doesn't look like I'm gonna end up on one of those "Rate My Plate" type groups, and get blasted 😂

But, I've just shredded the leftovers and have about 700g left. Would have been more, but I monched the crackling whilst I was doing it. (This isn't quite "pulled pork" texture, it's a little firmer than that, as I wanted carveable meat to begin with)

Now I have plenty of leftovers to see me through the next few days. Haven't decided what to do with them yet.
